A personalized blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage techniques to meet your unique needs. This includes detailed, focused work, as well as long, soothing strokes to tie everything together. I may use compression, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and neuromuscular techniques during a session and any session may be designed for pre-natal care. You will have either 60 or 90 minutes on the massage table with 15 minutes added to the session for a brief intake chat to discuss your needs & goals for the session.
